Last but not least they sell fake products (Balmain) with huge discounts and they survive only thanks to legal lawsuit and aggressive behavior in the market. Simply the worst company where to work in Dubai.

NO procedures NO policies NO organizational chart NO clear job descriptions. The company is owned by Syrians but it's actually run by Filipinos back stage which are racist to everyone else, Full of politics and back stabbings. HR department is a joke. You'll find two or three professionals in the company that are the actual working engine for it but they're really unappreciated at all. Advice : Stop seeing the company and the people by somebody else's eyes. Judge people yourselves and you we'll know who really cares about his work and deserves a better treatment and who doesn't.
