I joined paridhiwebtech as an intern. I worked on various projects that helped to develop my skills and interest. the work environment is very good. they don't put extra pressure on any of the employees. overall it was fun working with the team.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
