Before joining, think twice & Please confirm that your job is secured or not. They will try to misuse you within 1 month of probation and will terminate you. then, your valuable time and efforts will be waste.

Dislikes

Atleast the company should respect the valuable time, efforts taken as per company requirements and the completed tasks. Someone is joining, and doing all at a time is not make sense in my view, that will take 1 to 2 days to read the documentation. and please dont recruite employees to convience the clients by saying you have a strong manpower and dont terminate after 2 days of client meeting. I find my job as a backend developer at Authority Entrepreneurs very satisfying. Working from home on weekdays is convenient, and the company provides a good salary, which is a greate incentive. The team I work with is very supportive and collaborative. Additionally, there is the potential for a salary hike in the future, which is promising.

I have completed 1 and half years with Authority Entrepreneurs, and I must say, I am impressed by the level of professionalism and support they provide to their employees even thought this is a permanent work from home. Only thing which I felt as a disadvantage of Authority Entrepreneurs is, since its a completed work from home job people do take to much advantage of the system and miss uses it. And hence alot of issue at the time of deadlines.

Of the last two companies that I have worked with AE offers the best work culture practices. The work is task based and offers flexibility as long as the task is completed.
