Bad work environment and culture. Supervisors are quite supportive and the management is not transparent. Company policies are not good for apprentice workers and employees as well. No well salary hikes and bonus.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary decent and career growth is slow. No one cares about your talent. Only donkey work environment. On the job no one gives tanning.

Withought refrece of job in this company not possible.Temmates are not supportive and lazzy work management . Company policies are good but they are unfair and they can't give not soo good salary as per work .

The job is not so interesting! I struggled in the as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
