HR is so un-professional at Parexel. They will call you multiple times for scheduling interviews during your working times and if you call back them after your working hours then they will speak rudely to you. It was very bad experience with HR Soumya. Also there are other dislikes about company like no core RA profiles, Favouritism, No growth, Work Overload, etc.

Initially it was very good work place. You get to see favoritism in recent years. Favorite candidates get promoted easily in months. Without subject knowledge or experience also you get promoted easily to higher positions.

Salaries are not near the best in the industry and they underpay people who choose to stay with them. Job security is also poor since retrenchment can happen without rhyme or reason.

The project leads don't do any work only delegate the tasks to team members and blame the team for poor performance. The directors are pretty naggingand rarely understand the point of view of the employees and later take out grudges against the employees during appraisal cycle

Nothing. Only the number of leaves or perks are good but that depends on your manager who would only give them to their favourite “team member”

Work life balance does not exist here. Infeasible targets are being expected in a peanut salary. Managers don’t really listen to your concerns and want to keep work as your first priority. Targets are not achievable within the designated duration and you are expected to complete them without providing any appreciation let alone compensatory hours or overtime.
