The company is open to innovation and we have ample scope to work on all End to End activities. The feedback and appraisal helps us to estimate the grey area and able to enhance the skills. There are no politics with regard to the work we do and work as a team. We have flexible timing and hence able to balance the professional and personal life. It's the best place to work on.

Dislikes

The only thing that is missing is onsite job option as per the nature of the task. Other than that everything is good.

Work Details

We are working on all activities that includes crf design to submission. If you want to know about actual clinical trial and the tasks then PAREXEL is the best place.
