HR is so un-professional at Parexel. They will call you multiple times for scheduling interviews during your working times and if you call back them after your working hours then they will speak rudely to you. It was very bad experience with HR Soumya. Also there are other dislikes about company like no core RA profiles, Favouritism, No growth, Work Overload, etc.

The project leads don't do any work only delegate the tasks to team members and blame the team for poor performance. The directors are pretty naggingand rarely understand the point of view of the employees and later take out grudges against the employees during appraisal cycle

1. No salary hikes at all 2. No cafeteria in Parexel Hyderabad 3. High politics in higher management and getting depressed in pharmacovigilance department 4. Work life balance is very cheap 5. Manager asking to bring household goods for them. 6. In the form of increment, we are getting only bravo points of 100 rs. 7. If you outsider or not from south india, they will not care about you and they will discuss everything among south people and will bully you. 8. Nothing. Only the number of leaves or perks are good but that depends on your manager who would only give them to their favourite “team member”

Work life balance does not exist here. Infeasible targets are being expected in a peanut salary. Managers don’t really listen to your concerns and want to keep work as your first priority. Targets are not achievable within the designated duration and you are expected to complete them without providing any appreciation let alone compensatory hours or overtime.
