Work life balance is good. Any one can approach Top managment directly for any issues or help. All things are good if your work is good.

Increment and promotion policy is not so comprehensive. They can hire an employee on higher package but will not promote you however you have better knowledge, experience and productive for company. One negetive thing that there are lots of family member/ relatives are on management position, due to that always chance of conflict ofinterest. Work Details

As I was in Quality Department, there are daily challenges whenever services not the customers requirements. I have to deal multiple clients complaints, NCs, queries to ensure all were being handled as per process.
