Team members will do lot of politics over here. Stay away from them talk in case of urgency only. 1st they will talk softly in front of you and on back they will always talk bad about you and will share all the things with senior. will do false statement against you. Will not delegate their work to you despite of multiple follow ups. Just do complaint with a proof to your senior.
