Paras hospital is multiple specialty hospital, there are so many thinks to learn,they offer a good quality of services friendly environment which create a healthy bond between employees.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Good
Promotions - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Growth is very slow, favouritism system If you’re favourite for your boss or reporting manager then Growth is definite otherwise god knows .

Work Details

I have to look after the entire administrative part in Neuroscience and gynaecology department like OPD , IPD , Admissions, day to day operations, Maintain department data , daily reports , organised CME’s and other department activities so on ..

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
