In Paras , we received opportunity to learn from itself , their are lots of things to do on their own. Company culture is good - almost every festival celebrate their , colleagues and environment is good. Overall is good.

Dislikes

Their are no dislike , just some way of work which has to be improve like they don't have hybrid policy or 5 day working culture . No work from home. HR has to take initiative to learning & development of several department .

work management,faculty and work culture is worst and very poor job security with politics in every manner. There is no team building skills, worst management.
