Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?

Work atmosphere is ok.

Dislikes

People try to pull another person down. Especially if someone from the manager level dislikes one employee, that manager or whoever it may be from management, he will start torturing that person to leave the job by himself. And there is no PF for many employees, HR gives false commitments, there is no Diwali bonus, and the salary increment is not even 10%.

There is nothing to like about the Company, Management, Professionalism, or anything else, it is simply a waste of time if somebody works here

Company is Good, only Ambernath plant Director Mr. Rajesh Sanghvi is a Third class person in the whole Ambernath plant. Just because of him no any new enployee continues this organization. He Is think that every employee is slave and behave like that. Whenever uneducated person rules the company then definitely that company goes down n Mr. Rajesh Sanghvi is the perfect example of the same. No PF, No Bonus, no any deductions. I advise caution to anyone encountering opportunities within the Paras group, and if you receive an interview invitation, I recommend carefully considering your options. I had a challenging experience where, despite being hired, the company faced internal issues and eventually closed down after just five months. This unfortunate situation left me, along with other freshers, in a difficult position as we struggled to secure new opportunities. The abrupt closure disrupted our professional paths, and despite our hard work during those initial months, it has been challenging to find acceptance of our limited experience in the job market.
