There is nothing to like in this Organisation. There is no policy. Every time Management ready to deduct salary even employees late by 1 minutes but stretched the employees beyond business hours for which they will not paid any compensation. They are not interested to listen your genuine grievances. More interesting they installed cameras just to see what employees did in his organisation. They fill employees as bounded labour. High class uneducated HR team, they have no knowledge of Labour laws and deduct salary according to their own policies. Rude behaviour with employees because of signs of uneducated staff. Interestingly, whatever the positive reviews which you see on Ambition Box.com. All these are views entered by their employees based on Rs. 5000 incentives.
