Earlier was good but after management changed it is all mess. Working environment is overall average.

As I mentioned, earlier management and seniors were very good. But after changed they all ruin everything. Unexpected targets, unnecessary dominance, shouting, non supportive seniors, unnecessary politics, irrespective logics in working operations and many more.. in pandemic it was height of these all. Such things you doesn't feel to work anymore in such an environment.

If you are good and doing well then no one is there to hold your collar. My inter personal relations were excellent for all and with other department also. I focused on work rather than other gossips.
