I worked here for 4+ years, and below is the experience I want to share. -- Whole IT team is really good, supportive. -- HR team is also helpful in understanding the policies, payroll, etc. -- Work culture is also good here, there is so much to learn if you have 2/3 years of experience.

Dislikes

Top management is not as good as it should be. Because of which all the experienced people from IT have resigned, now Paramount is literally left with few, countable people who knows the system in and out. It is full of politics. Mainly because they didn't appreciated the work on time with timely increments / promotions and now they are facing the consequences.

My experience was very bad with the company Not offering good salary and expecting work to be done properly. Not giving any proper training and expecting work to be done on time and targets should be completed. Office is literally bad and unhygienic Poor service to employees

It's a lala company Work load is unmanageable coz of less employees Office politics No criteria at the time of leaving company, they will ask you for 2 months salary even in probation. Will deduct security amount also which will mostly non refundable. They take decisions as per their rules no such standard rules are followed. If you are young and beautiful or handsome then you can enjoy all the perks by Dr Suman(branch head) especially boys otherwise you will be treated like shit.
