As a fresher, you might get an opportunity to work for their clients which adds good value to your profile. Most of the employees are freshers and the environment is filled with young people. ***This review is targeted at freshers only*** There are so many things that bugged me while working for this company. 1. Three years bond period - Most of the freshers do sign a two years bond period but here we have three years. Paramatrix Technologies states that they provide six months intensive training period based on various t ools and technologies such as HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Angular, JavaScript, JQuery, SQL, Regex, MVC, .Net, etc. The excuse for three years bond period is training which makes zero sense once you complete this training. The training is basic, I remember watching 100+ videos on .NET which were downloaded from KudVenkat's YouTube channel (Yes, you can ask doubts to the seniors but still) and for MVC, I have watched Udemy's downloaded content. You will be a jack of all trades but master of none. 2. Location - The Main office is located at the Sanpada Railway Station Building. The people around that area are not so good. The first thing you see when you go downstairs is the bunch of drunkards, drugged people and prostitutes. It made me a bit worried as the surroundings affected me. The street dogs are quite unhealthy and in an almost dying stage. You can avoid all of this if you get an opportunity to work with clients. The clients are based in the Goregaon area, so the travelling increases but you get a good exposure. You might have to rent out somewhere. 3<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Salary and Bonus - Most freshers have no clue how to break down the salary structure</mark>. The company takes advantage of this. The monthly amount deducted (for no reason) from your salary will be labelled as Bonus. You won't even get Diwali Bonus or any other bonuses in this company. 4. Appraisals - The increment is quite low. This makes a problem when you leave the company as the next company offers you based on your CTC (and your skills if you crack the interview) 5.
