As a tester not a single mistake has been accepted by seniors and TL as well. After assigning the task they wants that task should complete that day itself so "poor work life balance". You need to complete the task before deadline and if you miss the bugs just because of completing the task before timeline everyone will be blamingon you. Seniors who write the test cases they never can accept their mistakes. If they miss any scenario they will blame to the juniors that why did you miss to test this functionalities. There is no job security in paperflite. No one knows when is your last day. Company thinks that tester is a machine but mistakes can be done by human that they will never understand. Before joining here, TL gave me fake promises that we do have a dedicated automation engineer team and everyone is working on automation but after joining only I know that no one works as a automation engineer. Whatever the efforts you give to Company, company will never appreciate that and always finds your mistakes. Before joining here please do research about company. Don't blindly trust on reviews.
