Worst firm ever.. In this Pandemic they were suppose to fire employees even after government was saying not to fire. I was a dedicated employee supporting them in everything they wanted still they took the step like this and was very disappointed. I really respect Paperchase as the firm gives much growing opportunities but now the trust has become zero.

No transparency.. More of partiality.. Mainly the management doesn’t even know what decision they must be taking and what consequences they might face by taking that decision.

My team was good, All the team mates except 2 or 3 are supportive and friendly. Alwasy ready to help.

For the fresher's and beginners it is good, but after few years it seems like people are like machines. Nobody is allowed to think and work differently.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
