Job security is one one the best thing in this company and the policy was good enough if i talking about the work culture or manegement it's depends on the personality who works there.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Good
Job security - Excellent
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Skill development and growth i this this is not enough for the employees. We want next level skill development and growth change.

Work Details

My experience in Aditya Birla fashion retail private Ltd Pantaloons is very good. I have been meet some extra ordinary people work with them learn from them.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
