I don't like work culture because I didn't see corporate culture any where in this company and work is soo hard because they use manual process even deployments it's soo funny........ There is no Allowances in NOC operation team because we are in 24/7 shift ..... I can't understand the companies policies There is no career growth.... First of all we heired as a NOC engineers but we mostly worked on application level..... Kind of a support team Day to Day activities like restart couple of services and giving required logs to the development team and queries to the DB team
