I had worked in Pandora R & D Labs for more than 4 years and I personally observed that management do lot of internal politics and each senior management try to secure thier own job and they forget all the ethics. Worst part is QA manager, Lots of employees are trying to quit job due to torchure from manager. Pros: Work wise good. Cons: Worst management. HR cunning 🦊. Development manager thinks like head of the organization and always try to down QA team. Hectic work pressure. Multi Tasking. Need to handle mutiple projects at same time. Worst Management. Cunning HR. Notice period differs from person to person. Development manager thinks he is head of organization. QA Manager keeps lots of pressure. Hikes only for who show off on floor. All Senior QA resources left the organization.
