Basically Panasonic Life solutions is a good company but my immediate boss and his senior zsm was not good in Lucknow.

Dislikes

In Lucknow branch one tsm and his senior area manager favour employees who belong to obc category. I have worked hard but my work was not appreciate because I belong to upper caste .

My overall experience was very bad . People in Head office are very good and helping but Lucknow branch employees are not good .

Top management is good and Qualified but middle management is not capable and not mature enough .

Dislikes

During covid 19 .. Sales excutives have to visit clients regularly. Company is not providing any covid insurance and compalsy market or client visit is risk since covid cases are still happening.
