Company is good and recent MD is very good taking good decisions.

Dislikes

Specifically haridwar HR ... too much politics and senior hr people supporting for that. Other department people dissatisfy because no one is there for justice. Even people are being harassed with in Human Resource and no action has been taken against the culprits. So long working hours. Credit of junior people taken by senior people. Unecessasry Mental harassment. Micro Management even for lunch hours also. Unethical behaviour of team lead supported by team head. Demotivating and demoralising freshers....Read More
