Good working culture and good working environment. Arrange training session for employees Everyone has been very polite and genuine. Supportive leader and motivate us for working.

Dislikes

Strict shift timing , even a 1 sec delay couse half a day deduction. The 6 day working culture makes it very difficult to manage personal life Low salary and outdated HR policy for employes. All kind of MNC benefits are only available to HO employees. There is a significant disparity in employee benefits between HO employees and factory employees.

The company is very good and the staff is even better and the management takes very good care of all the people and the work is done well.
