Working culture ok, good people.

Fake increment and promotion, means person have good relationship to HOD, give fake resignation letter and in name of retention getting 30-40% increase in salary with promotion. Also some person will leave and come back every 6-12 month unlimited time every time with 30-50% increase in salary and promotion, ultimately employee who is long time there junior come and become their boss.

Working environment is much convenient for female employee timing also suitable .canteen facilities are available for employee at concessional price .this company is near by from my residence. Employees are from different cultures and working together in a better way .

Growth is slow in this organisation . sometimes work pressure is very high . senior manager don't behave in a decent manner .there is no appreciation for employees who are working here

Generally my work is very challenging , I have to prepare import payment documentation sometimes create problem.,but It was a great learning experience for me to working in this leading pharmaceutical company . I'm glad to working in this company .

Salary and expenses on time..expense policy is good. Culture is so nice supportive but some policy's is so worst.

No Investment, other segment product you also promote like i am in vaccine and i have to sale diaper and wipe.😒 ill happily keep promoting and sailing if they give more vaccine or pharma brands .

There is a lot of pressure in panacea biotec. One person is expected to do the work of three, and if the work isn't finished, they're stopped without any extra pay for overtime. If production is not met, they are let go without notice. The workload is so much that you won’t even have time to learn anything new.

So many Internal politics .management hierarchy selection was poor. After six months no job confirmation . Hr manager gives un necessary Transfer . No job security. Un necessary Work pressure

Best thing about panacea is working hours (8:15 to 4:45) and coet efficient food (rs 6 per day) that you won't get in any other company not even in baddi but in whole pharma sector.

Work culture, middle mans, internal politics, no open space to speak up, management is scummed, no learning, no appraisal, no inrements, no bonus, no future, no life.
