I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Best thing about panacea is working hours (8:15 to 4:45) and coet efficient food (rs 6 per day) that you won't get in any other company not even in baddi but in whole pharma sector.

Dislikes
