1. Top Management is outdated, they never welcome any new ideas. 2. Poor assessment, evaluation, forecasting and execution of new projects. 3. Poor and outdated HR policies. 4. Company Management is not concerned about employees issues. 5. No Employee Welfare, Rewards & Recognition schemes are there. 6. Poor annual increments. 7. Poor in skill development. 8. Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition!
