1. Top Management is outdated, they never welcome any new ideas. 2. Poor assessment, evaluation, forecasting and execution of new projects. 3. Poor and outdated HR policies. 4. Company Management is not concerned about employees issues. 5. No Employee Welfare, Rewards & Recognition schemes are there. 6. Poor annual increments. 7. Poor in skill development. 8.
