Company Top Management is good. Specially Mr. Rajesh Jain and Mr. Ankesh Jain. Middle management plays all the politics.

Dislikes

Supply of stocks are very late, major issue is the stock availability.

Not Happy with the middle management people language. They use offensive language and defame the subordinates. They take subordinates credit. No appraisal system, no growth
