Most staff is Women Birthdays are celebrated for all in the office.

Dislikes

Not hiring as per experience and unorganised departments. Using old tally system and incomplete ERP which is a big headache. Non comforting nature of old employees. People are very political and pressurise new joiners. Office is very small. Can't go out of office even for lunch during working hours.

Complete staff. All are Rude and egoistic people. Management is blind eye on old staff. HR Manager and Marketing Managers are very bad and play lot o politics in the company they are the two bad fishes in the pond.
