Here is very worst culture in this mill.i am not satisfied with this mill.because that have community based work culture and relationships.also non technical person leading this mill and many more local politics is there.also very poor manpower policy is there.that is not right place for genuine and effective person.

I am dislike all activities like policy matters,salary distribution,and manpower and personal amenities and job satisfaction.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
