Poor management and work culture is not good so far. The business is into sales and not every person want to work in this profile. The company doesn't think about employee benefits and compensation. No growth opportunities within the organisation

Work Details

It is not balanced. I had to work on Saturdays and had to put my efforts to achieve the target that is assigned by the manager. No learning opportunities within the organisation.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
