Take stand for you in office After Joiningthis Branch just Accept these below things. 1. Constant Harrasment 2. Be Slave of BH & RM 3. Biggest Office Politics 4. Need to Rub oils to BH & RM 5. You are Disgrace 6. HR is Just a puppet I my entire career I have never seen HR so week and pathetic that after Leaving so many Employees HR can Take action against BH. You feel like you are working under a Hitler who can throw out from a company whenever they want. ACCORDING TO BH & RM :- Every sales or good thing is happening, it is happening due to JAQUAR brand, and Every wrong doing is happening by you. In this Branch anyone means Dealer, Distributor customer and Back office person can Make your life hell. Because in this branch they take all your reports from them. only all those persons are your Career makers. You will get daily these threats from BH or RM. Don't think about promotion because its depends on key results area and need to achieve 150% for 3 times which is not possible, sometimes branch head can make changes in KRA because it is manually process

Company was good in older day, till now health insurance and after death insurance is a good decision by manegement.

Working culture is totally depends on politics if you have any God father at your senior than you can manage other wise you social and personal life will be hell, The more work is required here, the more involvement there should be in politics.One person reporting to two people *one HOD and second branch head*. Hectic schedule meshed up with lots of process to manage and pass the levels to secure a sell from lead generation to deliver the material to customer. lots of meetings and explanation required, Full day busy to follow rules and regulations & you didn't get personal space between 10 to 7 PM
