Paisabazaar is a very Reputed organisation but where I have worked for a year that was pathetic process I have ever worked. The process name is Credit Advisory where there is no any work culture, work timing, appraisals promotions and the behaviour with the agent's was pathetic. They treat agent's like a labour, even labour have their fix timing for work but the year I had spend there I have wasted my time over there, there is no fix time for login hours. It seems like they don't have manners how to behave, there is no week off also even they do not allow for a single day leave we can not take any sick leave for a single day if we took any sick leave for a day they mark Leave Without Pay even we are informing before.
