Very worst place to work .. no work life balance here ..... they are stucked between Mumbai people and Gurgaon people....every month changing team and process...from Jan'24 to April'24 they have thorwe out TL just like garbage....also removed agent without any information....No job security...I worked here for 1yr.

Paisabazaar have worst culture, they do not care about there employees, they even do not approve your Paid leaves/Sick Leave/Casual leave if you required, High level politics, no skills will develop, No HR activities, DVP Priyanka in Mumbai location has so much ego that she can play a politics game and fire any body, she never respect there executives or Leaders, yell on the floor

Work life balance is not existing, there is no leaves without any hassle. Promotions are very hard to get either you give your 200%. And there is no job security any time with any reason if they have made the decision they can ask you to leave
