I worked in Paharpur last 11 years and then due to some unavoidable circumstances i left Paharpur on Jan-22. But still i do not have any dislike against this organisation. Working in Paharpur totally is a familiar atmosphere. The owner of this Organization Specially Mr. G. Swarup, HR Head , CFO and other seniors are very very supportive. I learnt so many things in Paharpur. But nowadays working culture is moving in a bad way due to one person that is the COO of the Organization. He has started a new culture by using slang and abusive languages to you and your family, unnecasarry mental harrasment to the employees. As a result friendly atmosphere in this organization has totally destroyed. Organization like Paharpur where employees are willing to stay till the retirement but due to the above reason all the employees are now looking for changes. These new culture must be stopped. However before joining of the great COO rest of the time we have enjoyed a lot in Paharpur. Still i miss the Paharpur family....Read More

I love the fact that I was the part of the team. Work Experience is GOOD. Learn lot of things from my seniors. Company works globally. I have also visited abroad such as New Calidonia & Dubai for inspection purpose. I feel proud to be worked in this esteemed company.
