1) Company have good salary offering and offered designation is also good, 2) Good others benefits comparing to others construction company, 3) Feels homely cause wherever you are posted you can get greater Bengal foods and your colleagues are also from Bengal and neighbouring states.

Dislikes

1) Poor office culture! Seniors staffs are not so qualified and poor mentality and behaviour one can face. 2) Maximum of the staff are here by HO referance, I'm seriously missing an experienced and knowledgeable senior, from whom I can learn. 3) Poor HR facilities you can get, if you are in NDCT projects. No pre planing, more than 15days passed our cook isn't in our mess, we have to cook our own food after exhausting 14hrs in the site. 4) Sometimes lunch not even served on time, 5) Basic amenities are missing at project site, even drinking & washing water scarcity we have to face. 6) Work culture is the worst, doesn't care about your mental health, dirty office politics makes a horrible experience in World foremost manufacturers in process cooling technology....Read More
