there is nothing to like about this company, an absolute rubbish ,management is senseless and illogical. They don't care about employee , even they deduct salary without any reasons. they hire on the basis of project once the project is over they poke their employee so that they resign themselves. one of the worst management , actually this is not a company this is like a shop , no HR policy , no organization , this place is like a hell for professional. No job satisfaction at all , no timings at all you will be forced to stay for the whole night after coming in general shifts that also by an uneducated and arrogant higher management who are highly unprofessional and don't know anything about the process ,due to this work life balance gets extremely poor.
