I have been working for 10 years , Now there are no good things left, the entire management of the company has come from telecom who want to sell underwear like SIM cards, because of them the brand has no value left in the market.

Family life is zero here, 24*7 and 365 days it is only about work, senior people don't give any holidays Work pressure is very high, lower level employees do not get promotion, higher positions are filled directly from outside, this is the first company in India which does not have any fixed policy, hires from any field

I strongly advise against joining page industries ltd, Despite being a publicly listed company, it operates like a typical "lala company" with no regards to employee life and do not employee friendly policies. the situations is even worst in IT division, the CIO monika phartyal, has no respect for team and lacks the necessary IT knowledge, making both work & work-space unbearable with constant pressure. she is control freak and highly biased....Read More

I'm writing this review to provide an insight on what your life would be IT dept of Page Industries ltd ,so when you are seeking a job here my review will be helpful . 1st - This is Page industries ltd not Jockey India ( Indian company not MNC ), HR use Jockey brand to attract talent .Dont get carried away about HR talks its purely a promoter run company . Learning - Zero learning in IT since they use grand-pa aged old systems and process you will not learn anything new in IT .There are no individual learning plans made for employees or being asked for .You need to learn yourself and grow . Leaves - Taking leaves is a in SIN in IT department , if you apply leaves ( sick or personal ) you will get a call from dept HOD on those and asked to come for work .Once your submit the work worked during your leaves there will be no response .Your leaves dont get approved on time , by doing this you get a bonus of salary deduction and you have to go pillar and post to have it adjusted in next salary cycle . There are many instances with me and other employees they are asked to come to office when you are sick .If you dont listen , the be prepared to listen HOD tantrums Empathy : leaders in IT dept dont have empathy at all you are required to work 24*& 7 and keep saying Yes . your work life balance will take a toll on you mentally and physically on your health. Culture : Yes boss is culture is there even your boss or management is wrong , management is expert in promoting incompetent individuals instead of right ones .Work environment is highly toxic and unbearable to work. Work environment : highly political , public insults in meetings which lowers your confidence level vendor relationship: Vendors are taken for a ride and treated with disrespect , many times HOD blames team on her bad decisions and takes credit of other success . The company image which has build up from the older management is so good that we get respect from the every one any where any time. It needs to be maintained. The policies need to be relooked and modified as per the current requirements.

The work culture has deteriorated from last three years. The company has been loosing its brand value because of hectic KPI and product quality and consumer complaints and Key outlets annual incentive redemption.

I appointed through Cyrus Healthcare pvt ltd ,Page industries have given Cyrus Healthcare to hire doctor. Cyrus is the worst thing I have seen ,no proper salary timings, biased salary,no pf benefit,not issuing pay slip and form 16,every doctor appointed through Cyrus had bad experience. Kindly I urge management to change company that hire doctors.

You will get to learn a lot as Jockey India has biggest distribution network in India for a fashion brand. But authority for product lies with people on top. Work is crazy and the appreciation and team activities are not part of culture. Everyone works and goes home. No team bonding or team building or employees appreciation activities.

No team building and team bonding culture and everyone is running here & there to complete task which is new everyday. Time to do one task with complete focus is not there. Might have to work 12 hours.
