Managers cheating the company with fake secondaries and seeing more partiality between team members and Those persons being Iike the right and left hand to managers are getting more increment and promotions, even if they and their works are not worth for it. True Performers are still getting back fired by those managers

1.No work personal life balance , 2.Only HO staff enjoying company complementary periods. 3. As a station QA I had worked as like a slave for HO. 4. There is no support from mentors. 5. The company image which has build up from the older management is so good that we get respect from the every one any where any time. It needs to be maintained. The policies need to be relooked and modified as per the current requirements.
