Nothing to write about likes , most of my experience at Page is learning me being with a company of low values and no culture especially in IT department which is headed by a immature and zero experience leadership in IT yet organization made her (monika P ) leader which makes you to understand the standards of the management

I'm writing this review to provide an insight on what your life would be IT dept of Page Industries ltd ,so when you are seeking a job here my review will be helpful . 1st - This is Page industries ltd not Jockey India ( Indian company not MNC ), HR use Jockey brand to attract talent .Dont get carried away about HR talks its purely a promoter run company . Learning - Zero learning in IT since they use grand-pa aged old systems and process you will not learn anything new in IT .There are no individual learning plans made for employees or being asked for .You need to learn yourself and grow . Leaves - Taking leaves is a in SIN in IT department , if you apply leaves ( sick or personal ) you will get a call from dept HOD on those and asked to come for work .Once your submit the work worked during your leaves there will be no response .Your leaves dont get approved on time , by doing this you get a bonus of salary deduction and you have to go pillar and post to have it adjusted in next salary cycle . There are many instances with me and other employees they are asked to come to office when you are sick .If you dont listen , the be prepared to listen HOD tantrums Empathy : leaders in IT dept dont have empathy at all you are required to work 24*& 7 and keep saying Yes <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. your work life balance will take a toll on you mentally and physically on your health</mark>. Culture : Yes boss is culture is there even your boss or management is wrong , management is expert in promoting incompetent individuals instead of right ones .Work environment is highly toxic and unbearable to work. Work environment : highly political , public insults in meetings which lowers your confidence level vendor relationship: Vendors are taken for a ride and treated with disrespect , many times HOD blames team on her bad decisions and takes credit of other success . Well known brand, Customer likes their products. Brand pull is extremely good. Salary on time, expenses on time, excellent medical settlement. Helpful HR team. Extremely unorganised managers, every pressure delegates to Sales Officers. Always need to proof yourself regarding every job done. There is no starting and ending time of your job. No family work life balance. Everyday Mid / Senior Managers will engage their Sales Officers to work as per their agenda then after month end they will screw you why things not happened properly. No freedom of work techniques. HO people have zero idea about ground reality. They recruit outside dump people with high salary from telecom industry and disgrace their own contributing employees. SOs have to take all the working responsibilities after fixed market hours. Sometimes they will force you to work on Sundays....Read More
