Everything, don't support from senior, when join the company HR and other senior don't tell the target, but after join 1.5 month give tremendous pressure. Each and every day Sales. It's like door to door sales. All time managers through demotivate, I don't know how is it possible create Market in 1.5 month client don't know the brand. They don't give time and they play fire and fired policy.

To be Honest,This is the best company I have been working and willing to work for the long-term. Everyone is very professional here and management gives enough support to new joining and no chance for foul language like any other sales companies. I would definitely suggest for joining here.
