It depends on the experience, let's make it simpler by explaining most of the issues that are been faced by the executive: 1) Salary not up to the mark 2) If you get used to the surrounding it will be difficult to move on 3) It's a dating place, I'm serious you will find many instances as its full of enthusiastic and young people 4) If you move out of this role, It's quite difficult to find a job 5) Growth not up to the mark, until you get involved yourself in to dirty politics...Read More

Work Details

I've been doing great, I have not faced that many issues. As been tenured it pays me back by a good amount of WFH and other leverage.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
