Work culture and life balance. Flexible hours and informal dress code.

Dislikes

Low career Opportunities and no compensation and career growth. Low salary growth too and no respect to the executive. The company management only thinks about the numbers of titles instead of the quality. Every time a new process change disturb the working process the TLS system is if no use. The management does not prototype the process before bringing it up.This disturbs the whole pipeline and also the work environment.Hope management thinks on it....Read More

It was a really good experience working here, the work culture and environment is really good. A fun and learning experience overall.

Dislikes

There's no particular points to dislike this place, the scope of growing and building a lasting career comes to a stall at a point. Might be different for different roles but it's a great place to work.

Work Details

The work is quite streamlined and depends on various deliverables, by month end the work pressure rises but it's all sorted if you manage your work well.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
