Everything is good .just follow up on people those who are working as fake ..I hope even HR having knowledge about this ..

Please do verification of employees those who are working in your organization ..70percent employe are working on behalf of fake document ..and fake salary slip .i know most of them ..i would request you to please take a look on this ..it's very serious issue ...
