Only some colleagues are really helpful who helped me to survive, otherwise everything is worst.

Dislikes

No proper management team, Changes of schedule without prior notice, changes of work time without prior notice and that is done forcefully. No proper support in critical condition. No job securities. Discrimination amongst the people without any reason. Unbearable internal politics.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same.
