I had my interview with P-Mech consultant. They examine you on the basis of aptitude and technical rounds and after you clear both tests they schedule your interview with HOD with your respective department. I have very nice experience with them. I learned lots of things, skills & knowledge. They provide a platform to prove yourself.

In the name of bond they will harass you..The HR are made scapegoats, if they say something in favour of the employee they are fired. And the GET's are harassed to a greater extent, no training nothing is provided. No increment will be provided, though company has work or not. And when they have no work, they will throw you out. Thecontract employees have been removed from their services within hours. They have long working hours i.e 9:30 in that also they want the employee to work for atleast additional 1 hour. No "OT" will be provided for the additional work u do. In some of the dept there are not even enough employees. Very hectic working environment and the politics is on next level. Very poor work life balance. The official working hours are 9.5 hours every day which is quite high. Even then employees are expected to put in 2-3 extra hours on most days. There is no compensation for overtime. Career growth and learning is limited only for freshers. For people with 3 or more years of experience there is no challenging work. There is no proper appraisal cycle. Appraisals are always delayed by at least 2-3 months. Compared to the amount of work done compensation is very average. The biggest Thumbs-up for civil &structure department is their new HOD(Bharat Sir). a.During my tenure in P-mech,This newly promoted HOD is used guide the team members by trouble shooting the technical issues & supports the team alot in pressure handling situations. b.This new HOD is used to focus on technical improvement of new engineers by conducting technical training sessions.I hope now the CS team was built nice & the team members may get good support from this new HOD(Bharat sir),I understand that the good time is started for CS team in P-mech. c.The CS team members are to be feel proud to get the oppertunity to work with this new HOD(Bharat sir from L&T).Especially this new HOD is used to motivate & encourage the youngstar engineers during my tenure in p-mech....Read More

No work life balance at all, salary is peanuts. Biggest red flag is there is middle aged guys in the office only trainees and aged guys (60+), Not sufficient leaves, no proper appraisal structure, even the AC in the office doesn't work sometime. Management and HR don't give a shit. Only join if you feel salary is worth the struggle
