Very poor work life balance. The official working hours are 9.5 hours every day which is quite high. Even then employees are expected to put in 2-3 extra hours on most days. There is no compensation for overtime. Career growth and learning is limited only for freshers. For people with 3 or more years of experience there is no challenging work. There is no proper appraisal cycle. Appraisals are always delayed by at least 2-3 months. Compared to the amount of work done compensation is very average. This is one the worst companies you will ever work with. Only 2 types of employees you will find here. Either Freshers or some 40+ uncles who chew gutkha, even during interviews. They themselves don't know the answers to the questions they ask to candidates. Freshers are hired from some tier 3 college who typically look like 'chappris'. God knows what kind of engineering they do and how the plants they design run. HR is probably the worst of the LOT. HR Kalyani is the most 'gavathi' person you will encounter there. They even mention in their mail that they give salary on time. Imagine they have to say that to gain trust of people joining them. Office looks dark and dingy and in some places even AC is not working. You will find trash kept anywhere. You will hardly find ppl who have been there with company for more than 1-2 years. I had my interview with P-Mech consultant. They examine you on the basis of aptitude and technical rounds and after you clear both tests they schedule your interview with HOD with your respective department. I have very nice experience with them. I learned lots of things, skills & knowledge. They provide a platform to prove yourself.

In the name of bond they will harass you..The HR are made scapegoats, if they say something in favour of the employee they are fired. And the GET's are harassed to a greater extent, no training nothing is provided. No increment will be provided, though company has work or not. And when they have no work, they will throw you out. Thecontract employees have been removed from their services within hours. They have long working hours i.e 9:30 in that also they want the employee to work for atleast additional 1 hour. No "OT" will be provided for the additional work u do. In some of the dept there are not even enough employees. Very hectic working environment and the politics is on next level.
