I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I would recommend to get everything in writing as they can deny it later after joining. Work culture is not up to the mark. Manager don't help even after giving yes at the time but later don't help. I would not recommend this company if u don't have any option then only join.
