A joint family operate this company. In this company, career growth is slow. Company is going in loss last few years. Not increment on regularly time. So now future is not secure in here.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
